📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic parking management plans to optimize facility utilization and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze parking operations data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of parking facilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote parking services and attract new customers.
• Train and supervise parking attendants to ensure high standards of service and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to assess condition and safety, reporting any issues to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in parking management, implementing innovative solutions as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parking management or a similar role in the hospitality or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective operational plans.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
