📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the FlowRider facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Create and manage marketing strategies to attract more guests and increase facility usage.
• Monitor and maintain the FlowRider equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for safe and enjoyable rides.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the FlowRider experience with the overall shopping and dining offerings at 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Analyze guest feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve the FlowRider experience.
• Represent the FlowRider facility at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the water sports industry, preferably with FlowRider or similar facilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a water sports facility.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in implementing safety protocols.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
