HVACR Coordinator Technician

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of HVACR systems across FamilyMart stores in Jakarta Selatan.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Work with a team of technicians and engineers to implement energy-saving measures and improve system performance.
• Use tools like Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and system performance data.
• Provide technical support and training to store staff on HVACR systems and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVACR maintenance, repair, and coordination.
• Certifications in HVACR systems, such as Refrigeration Service Engineer (RSE) or Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) Technician.
• Proficient in using Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards for HVACR systems in Indonesia.
