ASRS & Utility Maintenance Specialist - Mechanical Engineer

Eigerindo Multi Product Industry is seeking a highly skilled and proactive ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) & Utility Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic operational team in Subang (Kalijati), West Java.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our ASRS systems, ensuring seamless warehouse operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations.

In this role, you will be working closely with our warehouse team, performing regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to our ASRS systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing various utility equipment, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ASRS systems, including conveyors, cranes, and automated storage equipment.
• Monitor and maintain utility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ASRS and utility systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize ASRS operations and improve overall warehouse productivity.
• Document maintenance activities and keep records of repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for ASRS and utility maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of ASRS and utility systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ASRS maintenance or similar industrial maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with ASRS systems, including conveyors, cranes, and automated storage equipment.
• Knowledge of utility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for maintenance tasks.
