As a Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring labor policies and procedures, conducting regular audits, and providing guidance to management on labor-related matters. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor labor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess workplace safety and labor standards.
• Provide guidance and support to management on labor-related matters, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of labor contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
• Provide training and education to employees on labor laws, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitor and report on labor-related incidents and issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is fully compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Certification in labor relations or HR management is a plus.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
