📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze training needs and develop data-driven learning programs
- Design and deliver e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Create and facilitate virtual classrooms using Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging learning technologies
- Mentor and coach learners to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Report on learning program effectiveness and ROI
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Instructional Designer) is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
- Proven track record of successful learning program implementation
