📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives
• Support the digital transformation efforts by analyzing current IT processes and identifying areas for improvement

• Conduct research and provide insights on best practices in organizational development and digital transformation
