📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including payroll and expense management.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a QuickBooks environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software, including advanced features like payroll and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
