📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service packages to customers.
• Use Service Advisor Pro and VinFast's proprietary software to manage service appointments, track vehicle history, and provide accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the automotive industry, particularly in the EV sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using Service Advisor Pro and other automotive software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
