Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Manage and develop a team of 15-20 employees, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure adequate stock for operations.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the General Manager and corporate team to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within the foodservice industry, preferably in a fast-casual or pizza environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
