PT Konstruksi Makmur Group is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for ensuring the smooth flow of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of inventory control and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth inventory flow.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
