📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare and submit progress reports, including site photos and documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.,Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
