Manage and optimize accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments.,Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounts receivable issues and disputes.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounts receivable.,Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on accounts receivable matters.,Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounts receivable processes and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proven experience in analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
