As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees on our construction sites. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites to identify and address potential hazards,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution,Maintain a strong focus on safety culture and continuously seek opportunities to improve safety performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry,Certification as a Safety Professional (e.g., CSP, CSP, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent) is preferred,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate others,Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives,Experience with safety management software and tools is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
