📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.,Provide regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
