📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors to the reception area,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage reservations,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks,Provide excellent customer service and support to our guests,Handle and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise,Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in using computer and office software,Familiarity with basic Indonesian language is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
