📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical designs meet project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS to optimize mechanical designs and ensure structural integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Participate in product development from concept to prototype, ensuring that mechanical designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, and provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help identify opportunities for process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design, analysis, and manufacturing.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS, with experience in finite element analysis (FEA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to travel as needed to support project requirements.
• Professional certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
