TRACE Corporindo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Review and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the senior accountant in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and the resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting or finance.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
