📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and growth of the company.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and reporting.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
