📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
