📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote our products and services,Meet and exceed sales targets set by the sales manager,Maintain and update customer databases,Provide excellent customer service and support,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies,Attend and participate in sales training and development programs,Report on sales activities and performance to the sales manager,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in using CRM software,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
