📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT changes, from initiation to closure, using ITIL best practices.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate changes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate changes into the release pipeline.
• Document and review change requests, risk assessments, and implementation procedures.
• Monitor and report on change activities to stakeholders, including executives and IT management.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulations, and standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on change management processes.
• Continuously improve change management processes through feedback and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Change & Release Management, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Certification in ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in change management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
