This role is crucial for maintaining the company's operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition by monitoring maintenance records and scheduling necessary repairs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules, routes, and any specific instructions.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Oversee the fuel management process, including ordering, delivering, and tracking fuel usage.,Handle any issues or emergencies related to the fleet, ensuring prompt resolution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
