PT Luhur Wana is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and fleet management, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance, as well as tracking and managing fuel and other expenses. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.,Track and manage fuel and other expenses, ensuring they are within budget and in compliance with company policies.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities and expenses.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on fleet status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proven experience with fleet management software and tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
