📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and tools to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Measure, mix, and combine ingredients accurately to create high-quality pastries.,Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all products.,Assist in stocking and organizing the kitchen with ingredients and supplies.,Help with menu planning and costing for pastries and desserts.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and food waste reduction initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
