📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution process from warehouse to customer delivery.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to product delivery.,Support the distribution team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to distribution activities.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to distribution operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
