📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial data integrity.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting supervision.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
