Moon Star Lestari is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction in our retail stores. This is a full-time position located in Serang, Banten. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Promoting products and participating in sales events and promotions.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Assisting in the training and development of new team members.,Collaborating with the management team to improve sales performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or retail is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
