📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online marketplace, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns our customers may have.
• Manage our inventory, ensuring that products are accurately listed and available for purchase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, implementing new strategies as needed.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our online presence is professional, attractive, and user-friendly.
• Attend to any technical issues that may arise, working with our IT team to ensure that our platform is always functioning properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in the hair and beauty industry is a plus.
