📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.,Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or brand management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring marketing teams.,Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, and positioning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
