📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and delivery of food to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.
