In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Document system configurations and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Understanding of database management systems.,Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
