Max Tech Dinamis is a dynamic and innovative company that is always looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a Junior Learning Development professional to help us create and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

In this role, you will work closely with our Learning and Development team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to create and implement training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the Learning and Development strategy.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of online and in-person training programs.
  • Provide support to the Learning and Development team as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Passionate about learning and development and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
