📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise internal audit teams, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.
• Oversee financial audits, including bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
