📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Support the company's efforts in improving employee satisfaction and engagement,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
