📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting is a plus.
