📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of building facades using Autodesk Inventor.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for 3D modeling.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure models meet industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Facade 3D Modeler, preferably with 3-5 years in the industry.
• Expertise in Autodesk Inventor, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in other 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
