📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing the work of junior staff and providing guidance and support.
  • Monitoring production levels and quality standards to ensure they meet the required targets.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production and quality data.
  • Assisting in the training and development of new employees.
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is required.
