📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
