📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and filing.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Participate in audits and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g.GAAPIFRS).Experience with financial analysis and forecasting.Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
