Root Bay Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Area Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting the Area Manager in overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Oversee and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and high levels of service.,Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and budgets.,Collaborate with the Area Manager to improve operational efficiency and profitability.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and reported on.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
